Our Story
Hoop dance creates excitement and brings people together. ANYONE can do it! All you need is the correct hoop, instruction, and a little motivation. Kailey is the creator behind Hipnotic Hoopla. She discovered the art of hoop dance in 2011 and soon after a hobby turned into a passion. Her vision: to change the world, one hoop at a time.
